ipsyMe Velvet 59 Velvet Rose Lip Gloss Duo

Another ipsyMe event I purchased recently was by Velvet 59. Regular price is $38 for the two but the ipsyMe price was only $15. Once again, these are lip glosses but they aren't super exciting. They are both, again, pretty neutral but Hello Cat is a glittery almost pink while Noisette is more of a neutral shine. They are both slightly sticky but are nice to add a bit of sheen and shimmer without compromising color.
